The Process
From raw hide to finished piece, every stage passes through the same hands — no machines, no mass production.
01 — Choosing the Leather
Every hide is chosen and handled before it’s cut: the grain, the thickness, the way it folds already tell you whether it will become a structured bag or a soft accessory. Only the hides that pass this check make it to the workbench.
02 — The Cut
No molds, no assembly line: every piece is traced and cut by hand, one hide at a time. This is the step that decides the final shape — and the one that leaves the least room for error.
03 — The Stitching
Stitch by stitch, with needle and waxed thread, the same way leather has been sewn for a century. Hand-stitching holds differently than machine-stitching: slower, but stronger over time — and it shows.
04 — The Finishing
Smoothed edges, hand-applied wax, the last checks before a piece is ready. This is the moment an object stops being “almost done” and becomes something worth signing.
