Data Controller

The Data Controller for the personal data collected through this website is Mani di Grazia. For any request regarding this policy or the personal data processed, please write to info@manidigrazia.com.

Data collected and purpose of processing

This website collects personal data exclusively through the contact form available on the “Contact” and “About Me” pages. The data requested is: first name, last name, email address, subject and message content. This data is used solely to respond to requests for information, quotes or custom orders submitted voluntarily by the user, and is not used for marketing purposes nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

This website does not include an online store or payment systems: no data related to financial transactions is currently collected.

Legal basis for processing

The processing of data submitted through the contact form is based on the user’s consent, expressed by voluntarily submitting the form, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data retention

Data submitted through the contact form is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and, subsequently, for a maximum of 24 months, unless otherwise agreed with the user (for example, in the case of an ongoing business relationship).

Third-party services

This website uses the following external services:

  • Google Fonts (Google LLC): the website’s typefaces are loaded from Google’s servers, which may receive the user’s device IP address when the page loads.
  • Fluent Forms: plugin used to manage the contact form; data entered in the form is stored in the website’s database, hosted by the hosting provider.
  • LiteSpeed Cache: used to speed up page loading; it does not collect personal data for statistical or profiling purposes.

This website does not use statistical analysis tools (such as Google Analytics) or advertising tracking pixels.

Cookies

This website uses exclusively technical cookies, necessary for its basic features to work correctly: storing the selected language (Polylang), the light/dark theme chosen by the user (saved locally in the browser) and page caching (LiteSpeed Cache). None of these cookies are used for profiling or marketing purposes, and therefore prior user consent is not required under applicable regulations.

Your rights

At any time you may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, by writing to info@manidigrazia.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority if you believe that the processing violates applicable regulations.
